Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or damages. Please contact us immediately with any concerns.

    5. Returns & Refunds

    Due to the custom and original nature of our artwork, all sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

  • WonderWalls Art creates original dimensional and sculptural works for residential, hospitality, and commercial environments. Due to the unique materials, scale, weight, and dimensional nature of each piece, proper installation, handling, and care are essential.

    Installation

    Professional installation is strongly recommended and may be required for large-scale or site-specific works. Appropriate mounting methods must be selected according to the artwork, wall structure, weight, location, and site conditions.

    The client, property owner, contractor, or authorized representative is responsible for ensuring that the installation surface and supporting structure are suitable and secure.

    Care & Handling

    Artwork should be handled with care. Unnecessary touching, pressure, pulling, leaning against, climbing on, or other inappropriate contact with sculptural elements should be avoided.

    Cleaning, moving, removal, or reinstallation should be performed with appropriate care and, when necessary, by qualified professionals.

    Hospitality & Public Spaces

    For hotels, resorts, commercial properties, and other publicly accessible environments, appropriate consideration should be given to artwork placement, guest and public access, surrounding furnishings, maintenance procedures, and protection of the artwork.

    Following delivery and/or installation, the client or property representative is responsible for the ongoing care, appropriate use, placement, and protection of the artwork and its installation environment.

    WonderWalls Art is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper handling, installation, relocation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, inappropriate contact, or failure to properly maintain the artwork or installation area, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
